Immunology is the branch of medicine covering diagnosis and treatments of the immune system in humans. It is also found in sapient species, plants and animals. But, there is a huge difference between comparative immunology and human immunology.

Immunologist is also called an allergist! They are doctors specialized in diagnosing, treating and managing allergies, asthma and immunologic disorders like primary immunodeficiency disorders.

Diagnosing thrombosis and heart attacks- It looks for thrombosis after heart attack by detecting the protein traces in the blood.
Urine tests- This test figures out the presence of inflammatory cells, proteins, blood and sugar in protein for diagnosing kidney damage and urinary tract infection.
Pregnancy tests- Women use this test for checking the presence of pregnancy hormone in urine samples.
Rapid tests for medication and drugs- It checks the presence of recreational drugs like cocaine, ecstasy and cannabis along sleeping pills that badly affect the nervous system.
Determination of blood group- This test helps in identifying the blood group before transfusion of blood.
Vaccines are sometimes important for immunization. It improves the immune system enabling your body to combat certain diseases and infections. Immunizations help in fighting against infected agents.
